Abstract

The article addresses the issue of the importance of a University graduate image-making. The concept ‘image’ and its impact on the professional competence formation are examined. The purpose of the research is to analyze the need for VSUES graduates at the existing labour market. Also, graduates’ professional achievements are considered. The present-day trend in the field of education is that considerable interest is paid to the study of the University graduates’ image. In this respect, the level of competition at the market is observed and taken into account in order to help young professionals to be competitive players in their field.
